Missiles in their current form on Sisi are indeed b0rked. I would hazard a guess at the maths being used to deal damage based on sig radius and explo velocity being flawed with the new changes in speed. An example is that I just tested a Crusader ...

With the firepower of PoS it doesn't matter if you have funding and some PvP experience, it would take near unlimited firepower to directly assault a fully armed PoS. So I don't see why the small alliances will be any worse. Obviously they won't ...
